Will hall-effect sticks stop my DualSense from drifting?
In the overwhelming majority of cases, yes. Hall-effect sticks use magnetic sensing instead of a carbon track, so there is no surface to wear out. If your drift was caused by a board or connector fault instead of the stick, we will tell you before you pay.
Do you fix only one stick or both?
Both. Both sticks are replaced in one service so they age evenly and the controller stays centered.
Do you repair PS4, Xbox, or Nintendo controllers too?
